• No refunds on completed treatments

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable at management discretion

Products

• Unopened products may be returned within 7 days

• Opened or used products are non-refundable

Memberships

• Membership fees are non-refundable

• Cancellation terms are outlined in your membership agreement

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection actions.
